About the Role

As a Special Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing promotional events, fundraisers, and community initiatives to life. You’ll work closely with event managers to gain real-world experience in:

• Setting up, managing, and breaking down events

• Engaging attendees and providing outstanding customer service

• Representing brands and partner organizations professionally

• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless event execution

This position is ideal for anyone starting a career in event marketing, community outreach, or brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with special events, marketing activations, and community programs

• Support on-site setup, teardown, and overall event operations

• Interact with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about the brand or event

• Represent clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and event standards

• Track event performance and provide feedback to management

• Communicate effectively with team members during events

• Offer general support to event staff as needed

Qualifications
