Key Responsibilities of the Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

• Complete SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge OASIS assessments
• Develop and manage individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and disease processes
• Document accurately in EPIC (Remote Client)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements of the Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

• Valid RN license
• Experience in Home Health care setting
• Proficient in completing OASIS assessments
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation
