Dental Front Desk/Billing Coordinator
Dental Front Desk and Billing Coordinator.
We are seeking to fill an opening for a dental front desk position /billing coordinator for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with dental experience , ability to make decisions as well as exceptional communication skills. We would like a team player who is excited about their career in dental and will bring their enthusiasm and positive outlook to this office. Requirements:- Two years minimum of dental experience is required.
- Knowledge of Dentrix.
- 3-4 days /week.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Inform patients of financial treatment plan options.
- Move patients through appointments as scheduled to fill in cancellations and no shows.
- Bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations.
- Oversee and track dental benefits, accounts receivable, outstanding balances and follow-up on claims to ensure timely payment.
Hourly compensation (Based on experience).
