Customer Service Clerk
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Minimum: $38,899 ($18.70/hour) Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy helping people? The Henry County Public Service Authority is looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will be part of a friendly, customer-focused office that helps residents manage their water and sewer accounts. You will process payments, prepare daily deposits, set up and maintain customer accounts, and assist with billing questions or service requests. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and values great customer service. What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and records.
- Ability to stay organized and meet daily deadlines.
- A positive attitude and professional approach when helping customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, and Outlook) and have experience using a financial software system or a similar customer account platform.
