We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain various types of machinery in the production line.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
