What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the front-line voice for the campaigns we represent, helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.

• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner.

• Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs.

• Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved.

• Build long-term relationships that foster donor engagement and support.

• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure the success of each campaign.
