responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities

• Jump in as a natural problem-solver to identify bugs and resolve complex concurrency issues on systems powering the front end.
• Architect and expand an event-sourced runtime environment that orchestrates AI agent workflows.
• Develop a semantic memory system that manages real-time context assembly and knowledge retrieval for autonomous agents.
• Build out robust execution layers for tool orchestration, allowing agents to execute sandboxed code safely.
• Collaborate in a 100% remote, low-ego environment with no daily standups or core working hours, focusing entirely on high-impact output.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience with Actor Orchestration Frameworks, such as BPMN 2.0.
• Hands-on knowledge of NATS, JetStream, Kubernetes, or MongoDB.
• Exposure to frontend technologies, specifically React.
• A background in developing SaaS platforms, agent systems, or code execution environments.

qualifications:
Must-Haves

Top percentile engineering talent operating at a Staff or Principal level.

Exceptional command of .NET Core or a comparable modern backend technology stack.

Extensive production-scale experience designing and maintaining distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

A strong spatial and architectural mindset with deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design.

Strict ownership of code output when utilizing AI accelerants and tooling.
