Your New Role

Based in Sterling, VA, you’ll be one of the first on-site after water or fire damage events. You’ll be a key part of restoring properties and bringing peace of mind to clients.

• Respond to emergency calls involving water or fire damage

• Set up drying systems and handle extraction, demolition, and containment

• Perform mold cleanup using industry best practices

• Operate hand tools and power tools for various restoration tasks

• Keep job sites organized and communicate progress clearly with clients and coworkers

• Ensure the job gets done right and the customer is satisfied from start to finish

• At least 3 years of experience in water damage restoration

• IICRC certification (or willing to obtain right away)

• Solid knowledge of mold remediation and fire damage restoration

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and stay physically active

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction

• Dependable, detailed, and able to follow instructions and timelines
