Civil Project Manager – Land Development & Stormwater (Northern Virginia)

Responsibilities:

Join a growing team shaping communities across Northern Virginia through innovative land development solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects while collaborating with top-tier clients and technical experts.

• Manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction, including land development and stormwater management design
• Prepare and review site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts
• Coordinate with clients, local jurisdictions, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with Northern Virginia regulations and permitting requirements
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in land development and stormwater design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain in Virginia
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software
• Strong knowledge of local codes, permitting, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
