The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive support across multiple departments, primarily working independently. This role involves managing employee relations, facilitating onboarding processes, implementing company policies, supporting payroll operations, and delivering HR reporting. Occasional local travel may be required, and the position offers growth potential through promotion within the HR department. The HR Generalist will primarily use a custom HRIS to perform their duties, with minimal involvement in policy development.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment
• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires
• Implement and communicate company policies
• Support payroll administration and resolve related issues
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports
• Collaborate across multiple departments independently
• Undertake occasional local travel as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in human resources
