Survey CAD Technician
Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Survey CAD Technician to join our dynamic team in Chantilly, VA. As a Survey CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in transforming survey data into precise and accurate CAD drawings. If you have a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify detailed survey drawings and plans.
- Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs.
- Review and interpret survey data to produce high-quality CAD outputs.
- Maintain organized records of all CAD files and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
