Pediatric or Children's Dentist in Richmond

We are a dentist recruiting company helping a very reputable children's office that is seeking a pediatric dentist or a general dentist with experience treating kids. This private office has excellent online reviews. They have plenty of patients for a full time dentist but would consider part time as well.
A full time pediatric dentist could earn 300K to 400K per year and a full time general dentist to treat kids could earn between 200K-300K per year depending on experience and days worked. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K with a match, malpractice and continuing education.
This is a successful office that has built a stellar reputation for providing excellent patient care. The office is super nice with all of the latest in equipment. They also have an amazing staff that work very well together and can offer great mentoring and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:
Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans
Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate any concerns or questions they may have
Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.
Job Requirements:
Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
State Dental Board License
DEA, CPR certificates
