Your Responsibility
In this role, you will be a key contributor across a range of accounting functions including general ledger management, payroll, cash and investment accounts, accounts payable, and audits.
You will thrive in a dynamic environment where you’ll multitask across financial functions with a sense of urgency to produce accurate reports in a timely fashion, and deliver high-impact insights that drive results for executive leadership.
You will manage payroll processing, tax reporting, and employee records, providing both accuracy and service excellence.
You will maintain and reconcile cash accounts, issue reimbursements, and support banking and investment functions.
You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices and statements, ensuring compliance with tax and reporting standards.
You will assist with internal and external audits, year-end close activities, and financial filings including relevant regulatory documentation.
Job requirements
What are we looking for?
You will have a BS in Accounting or related field or combination of education and equivalent professional experience.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
You will be proficient with MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel and Word.
You will possess strong Interpersonal skills that reflect our culture of respect, reliability, and continuous improvement.
You will be a flexible team player, occasionally supporting other administrative and finance functions as needed.
