Lawn Care Technician

Compensation

First-year earning potential of $50,000 or more (hourly + overtime + bonus) --- Biweekly pay schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive 4-week new hire training program to learn best practices and safety standards.
• Obtain State Required Fertilizer & Pesticide Applicator Licensing w/i 30 days of hire
• Service an assigned route of approximately 15 customers per day, ensuring timely and high-quality lawn care.
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle throughout the workday.
• Apply granular and/or liquid lawn care materials using company-provided equipment, following established procedures.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing guidance on lawn care and answering questions.
• Accurately document services performed and materials used, maintaining clear and organized records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals.

Qualifications

• Possess an active, valid driver's license w/ minimal infractions in the last 3 years
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and to walk, stand, and bend throughout the workday.
• Possess strong customer service and communication skills.
• Be willing to learn and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
