**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs as observed during patrols.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as required, coordinating with on-site personnel and Allied Universal management.
+ Support access control procedures to help limit entry to authorized individuals only, in accordance with site policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
