Two full-time positions are available: one focused on an Autism support classroom for 1st-3rd graders, and another in 7th grade ELA, collaborating with general education teachers.

Required Qualifications:

• Hold an active Virginia Special Education General Curriculum K-12 license.
• Experience teaching or supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and specialized instructional strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside staff and families.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction tailored to student goals and IEP objectives.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and paraprofessionals to modify curriculum and ensure student success.
