MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in security, access control, or workforce compliance preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

• Experience with troubleshooting, IT support, or help desk operations

• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and customer service orientation

• Ability to work outdoors and remain on feet for extended periods

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and varying shifts

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: Starting @ $18/hr (based on experience)
• Hours:
• Flexible to work Monday–Saturday
• Flexible 8-hour shift between hours of 4:30AM–7:30PM
• MUST be able to work OT based on the business needs.

ROLE IMPACT

• Supports workforce integrity and safety at large-scale construction sites by managing digital credentialing and site entry processes
• Ensures that only authorized personnel enter the site while maintaining compliance with project and regulatory standards
• Success in this position is achieved through reliable site operations, effective problem resolution, and strong communication with field teams

KEY DUTIES

• Monitor and enforce site entry using digital badging, QR verification, and credential systems

• Verify worker compliance and manage visitor access at designated entry points

• Guide new workers through digital onboarding and documentation processes

• Resolve or escalate access and credentialing issues in real time

• Gather on-site feedback to enhance system performance and worker experience

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work performed in active construction environments (data center site)

• Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to outdoor conditions

• Moderate noise levels typical of large job sites

• Regular use of handheld devices, computers, and access control tools
