- Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence

- Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed PT (or graduating soon)
- Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to high-quality care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
