Position Summary:
This role is based in a non-clinical facility and is responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounts receivable and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner

• Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy

• Process returned payments and initiate appropriate follow-up actions

• Issue refunds and apply account adjustments (memos) as needed

• Generate member correspondence and financial letters

• Respond to email inquiries from members and internal stakeholders

• Handle incoming telephone inquiries regarding billing, payment rates, and account concerns

• Process member payments, update account information in the system, and document all interactions accordingly

• Route calls to appropriate departments or team members

• Provide high-quality customer service to members, brokers, and internal personnel

• Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and effective communication skills

• Navigate and work efficiently using dual monitors and multiple systems simultaneously

• Perform additional administrative or financial duties as assigned by the Team Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

• Experience handling high call volumes or working in a phone-based customer service environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-oriented environment
