ServiceNow Workflow Manager
GovCIO LLC seeks a ServiceNow Workflow Manager to lead design, optimization, and governance of ServiceNow workflows within our Information Technology & Digital Solutions organization supporting federal clients. You will own end-to-end workflow strategy, translating customer and cyber security needs into scalable ITSM and automation solutions aligned with ITIL. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll manage platform roadmaps, integrations, and releases while ensuring compliance with federal security and data standards. GovCIO's agile, innovative culture offers significant growth, visibility, and impact within mission-critical government IT programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and optimization of Service
- Now workflows across IT & Digital Solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Service
- Now solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cyber, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate Service
- Now with other enterprise tools.
- Oversee Service
- Now releases, upgrades, and change management processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track workflow performance and service quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts and developers on the Service
- Now platform.
- Ensure compliance with federal security, data, and configuration management standards.
- Engage stakeholders to continuously improve processes and user experience.
- Document solutions, standards, and governance for Service
