POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent
STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION: Essex County office in Tappahannock, VA
REPORTS TO: Agency Manager
COMPENSATION RANGE:
Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)
The figures above reflect real average first-year Agent earnings across our agency network. Total compensation — which includes base salary, commissions, and performance-based earnings — is driven by your individual effort, hustle, and the relationships you build with members. The ceiling? Qualifications and Perks
