Technical Operations Specialist

RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations.



This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Dulles, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

CST Schedule 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off (rotating weekly) 12-hour days, 0600 - 1800 or 1800 - 0600 Rotating from days to nights or vice versa quarterly. 10% differential pay for all hours between 1800 and 0600. 25% differential pay for eight hours on Sundays.

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph
• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Military background or equivalent operations experience
• Bachelors Degree and five (5) years relevant experience
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Background in SIGINT collection
• Experience working in an Operations Center
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team
• Technical competency in one of the following fields:
• SIGINT Collection/Analysis/Targeting
• ELINT Collection/Analysis
• Electronic Warfare (EW)
• Cryptologic Linguist
• Radio Operations
• Cyber Security
• Network Engineering/Security
• Information Technology (with degree)
• HAM Operations and certification

Certifications

• USN/USCG: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTT
• USMC: 2600, 2621, 2651, 2631, 2611, 2629
• USA: 35S, 35N, 35P
• USAF: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3, 1N5
