Job Title: Logistics Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and make phone calls regarding delivery and pickup schedules
- Assist with organizing and scheduling delivery routes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for Operations and Accounting
- Assist with maintaining and updating various software applications
- Provide general support to the Delivery teams and other office staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred

Requirements:Qualifications:
- High school degree with 2+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
