Program Manager III

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Program Manager III to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Special Projects Office (SPO), in Arlington, VA. The Program Manager III will oversee operational, analytical, and programmatic support activities associated with high-visibility Strategic Explorations and Special Programs initiatives supporting advanced research and development (R&D) programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee programmatic support activities for DARPA SPO initiatives and operational efforts
• Coordinate with leadership, Program Managers, stakeholders, and support personnel to ensure successful program execution
• Support strategic planning, operational coordination, milestone management, and program execution activities
• Manage taskers, deliverables, reporting requirements, and operational priorities across multiple initiatives
• Support leadership decision-making through preparation of reports, briefings, presentations, and analytical products
• Monitor program schedules, operational activities, staffing requirements, and support functions
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements, meetings, and operational reviews
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, operational procedures, and Government expectations
• Support rapidly changing priorities and high-visibility operational requirements within fast-paced environments

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience
• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
• Experience managing programs, operational support activities, or strategic initiatives within a DoD or Federal Government environment
• Experience supporting leadership coordination, stakeholder management, and program execution activities
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support high-tempo operational environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work within classified and unclassified environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous DARPA, DoD HQ, or SETA support experience
• Experience supporting research and development (R&D) initiatives
• Experience supporting executive-level operational environments
