Community outreach Marekting rep

Are you outgoing, energetic, and passionate about connecting with people in your community? We're looking for a Part-Time Community Outreach & Event Marketing Representative to help promote local events, build community partnerships, and generate interest in event and space rental opportunities for a growing local business. This is a flexible role that can be tailored around your schedule and could be a great summer opportunity with the potential to continue long-term.

What You'll Do

• Represent our business at community events, festivals, networking functions, and local gatherings
• Build relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and community groups
• Promote upcoming events, programs, and venue rental opportunities
• Distribute marketing materials and generate leads
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Help identify new opportunities for partnerships and event bookings
• Follow up with prospective clients and community contacts
• Provide feedback on market trends and community engagement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new people
• strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Basic computer and social media skills preferred
• Sales, marketing, customer service, fundraising, or event experience is a plus but not required
