Position Overview: Always Best Care of Fairfax is seeking a compassionate CNA to support a client who uses a wheelchair in a residential home setting. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living, companionship, and mobility support to help the client stay active and engaged with love ones. We’re looking for someone dedicated to fostering dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ambulation Support
• Provide personal care tailored to the needs of the client, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Escort the client to medical appointments and other errands
• Collaborate closely with family members, healthcare professionals, and other care professionals to maintain a consistent and high-quality continuum of care

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active license in the state of Virginia
• Experience caring for individuals in need of ambulation support
• Physically able to assist with transfers using gait belts or other mobility aids
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach
