A day in the life:
- Process all field employees and skilled labor time and production (payroll, timesheets, etc.)
- Process subcontract invoices, expense reports, and time off requests
- Upload and index documents into electronic document systems
- Process mobile device request and provide technology support for various types of software and hardware (specific to mobile device users)
- Assist with special events such as Open Enrollment, Jobsite Flu Clinics, and Apprenticeship
- Assist with Procore software management and maintenance
You should have:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Experience working the Construction or Building Service industry (preferred not required)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software
- Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and proofreading skills
