- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision, including breakfast favorites, sandwiches, salads, and specials, following our recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our passionate team to ensure every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen, managing inventory, and contributing to menu creativity.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests leave with a smile.
- Passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented kitchen.
- Experience as a line cook or prep cook is a plus, but were happy to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.
- Availability to work flexible hours; however, weekends are required (restaurant hours: Tue - Sun 7:00 AM4:00 PM).
