Junior Brand Manager - Entry-Level
We are looking for a motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our marketing and promotional campaigns team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to execute strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign conversions . Training will be provided, but candidates with a background in leadership, teamwork, and achievement —including extracurricular activities, team captain roles, or informal leadership experience—will thrive. Experience in sales, customer service, or promotional marketing is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing a cohesive brand message through events, promotions, and campaigns
- Utilize and lead the use of point-of-purchase materials, merchandising, and sales collateral
- Recruit and train employees for new branding programs
- Support planning of weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand management meetings
- Execute brand promotions and event initiatives , track performance, and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize campaigns and expand responsibilities
Skills amp; Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
- Passion for marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative
- Experience in sales, customer service, or promotional marketing is preferred but not required
