We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant – County Administrator’s Office

Location: Henry County Administration
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Starting Salary: Minimum starting salary of $38,899 annually

In this highly visible role, you'll support County leadership, help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and serve as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and community partners. What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A respectful, professional attitude with a focus on confidentiality.
• Reliable and consistent work habits, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of people, including the public, staff, and elected officials.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred).
• Two to four years of clerical and administrative experience.
