The Role

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about financial protection programs. Your responsibility is to educate clients on their options, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide professional support throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom

• Clearly explain available programs and answer client questions

• Assist with completing applications and outlining next steps

• Maintain accurate and organized client records

• Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Track personal performance goals and milestones

No cold calling. No door-to-door outreach. Appointments are scheduled directly with interested clients.
