We serve patients with immediate care needs for minor illnesses and injuries and comprehensive and personalized primary health care for most medical conditions. We currently provide walk-ins and immediate care and primary care to our patients and communities.

• Alexandria, VA: Old Town, Kingstowne, Hybla Valley
• Arlington, VA: Crystal City, Pentagon City, Falls Church
• Woodbridge, VA
• Fredericksburg, VA (New Clinic Opening in May 2024)

Compensation
$210,000 - $235,000 yearly

Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare, medication usage, and healthy lifestyle strategies
• Conduct diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, thorough medical records in compliance with legal standards
• Apply Value-Based Care principles to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Valid, active medical license in Virginia
• Proficient in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions
• Familiar with current medical technologies, procedures, and best practices

Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required
