Position SummaryRBCI is seeking a Program Manager to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with program management services and data analytics. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex, multi-functional warehouse support service contracts, ensuring effective execution of supply chain operations and compliance with government requirements.
- Hands-on involvement in supply chain environments involving receiving, inventory, and warehousing.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of warehousing methods, material handling techniques, and logistics support programs
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
- Work closely with customers to define communication systems and equipment requirements.
- Provide instruction on, perform, and document quality assurance reviews.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
- Shall have a minimum of five years of experience of project management on a multi-function project, contract management and personnel management.
- A minimum of five years of experience supervising at least 20 people doing similar/related types of work on contracts.
- A minimum of five years of experience is required in supply chain management settings that include general supply activities, receiving, inventory management, warehousing.
- Knowledge of overall warehousing storage management plans and accepted warehousing methods.
- Knowledge of supply functions, operations, program requirements and work methods.
- Knowledge of warehousing methods, procedures, material handling techniques and activities such as material receiving, issuing and preservation.
- Knowledge of programs utilized in providing material support.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft® programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat®.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
