Onboarding Coordinator
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Onboarding Coordinator. This role focuses on helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles by coordinating onboarding activities, documentation, and communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in HR or operations. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires
- Send onboarding materials and required documentation
- Assist with employment paperwork and records
- Communicate with candidates and internal teams
- Track onboarding progress and completion status
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Schedule orientation sessions and training activities
- Answer basic onboarding-related questions
- Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive new hire experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
