IR/Vibration Analyst
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- Completion of an Apprentice Development Program accepted in lieu of formal education
- 2+ years of hands-on condition monitoring experience
- Infrared Thermography Certification (ISO Category II or Category 2) â required
- Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category II or equivalent) â required
- Advanced Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) training preferred
- 2â5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical or electrical exposure
- Solid understanding of predictive maintenance technologies and advanced data acquisition methods
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computer-based tools and data systems
- Ability to work independently while serving as a go-to technical resource for team members and clients
- Commitment to mentoring and sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability
