Summary:
We are looking for a Lot Attendant who will greet and welcome customers, assist Sales Managers with inventory, keys, and lot organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Directing customers to the correct department and notifying the appropriate individual that a customer is waiting
Answering basic customer inquiries and referring more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
Managing inventory
Keeping keys organized for quick retrieval
Presenting a friendly, professional greeting to customers
Performing other duties assigned by Sales Managers
Vehicle Photography
Vehicle preparation for sale
Listing the vehicles on our website
Adding vehicles to our inventory control system.
Driving vehicles to various locations as needed.
Requirements:
A clean and valid driver’s license is REQUIRED
Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
Dependability and reliability
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outside
Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
Customer service experience is preferred
Professional appearance is necessary
Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and background check
Ability to operate a computer
