Divine Homes Healthcare Services LLC is hiring compassionate and dependable Community Engagement Specialists/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based activities throughout Northern Virginia.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive
Location: Northern Virginia
Responsibilities
- Support individuals during community outings and activities
- Assist with skill-building and independence goals
- Promote community participation and social engagement
- Provide transportation as needed
- Complete required documentation and service notes
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals served
Qualifications
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
