Resicum International LLC is seeking a Staff Inspection Program Scheduling Specialist to support the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G3 Staff Section at Fort Benning, Georgia. This position coordinates all MCoE staff inspection scheduling, preparation, and after-action reporting in support of the Organization Inspection Program (OIP). The specialist works closely with TRADOC headquarters, MCoE staff sections, and subordinate commands to ensure inspection requirements are met and documented IAW AR 1-201 and ADP 7-0.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and track all MCoE staff inspections and command inspection activities IAW AR 1-201 (Army Inspection Policy) and ADP 7-0.
- Serve as the MCoE G3 primary coordinator for all OIP activities, including staff assistance visits, command inspections, and Inspector General (IG) coordination.
- Prepare After Action Reviews (AARs) for all inspections; post completed AARs to MCoE G3 SharePoint within 48 hours of inspection completion.
- Maintain the OIP SharePoint site; update all inspection schedules, results, and corrective action tracking at least monthly.
- Process resource requests and Exception to Policy (ETP) actions associated with inspection preparation and compliance.
- Coordinate with TRADOC headquarters on TRADOC-directed inspection requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with MCoE principal staff sections to ensure each section is prepared for scheduled inspections.
- Prepare briefings and status reports on OIP compliance metrics for G3 leadership.
- Track corrective action implementation following inspections; provide status updates to G3 leadership on resolution timelines.
- Maintain awareness of all applicable inspection authorities, regulations, and TRADOC inspection schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Protocol, Military Studies, Communications, Management, or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Active SECRET security clearance, verifiable in DISS.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Army inspection coordination, staff assistance, or IG-related functions.
- Knowledge of AR 1-201 (Army Inspection Policy) and ADP 7-0.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with TRADOC or echelon-above-brigade staff sections.
- Ability to prepare professional AARs and brief findings to senior leadership.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint document libraries and inspection tracking databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple concurrent inspection requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior service in an Army IG office, command inspection program, or staff inspection role.
- Experience at a TRADOC Center of Excellence or FORSCOM command.
- Former Army officer or senior NCO (E-7 and above) with experience as a primary staff officer or section NCOIC.
- Familiarity with MCoE Fort Benning organizational structure and inspection history.
This is a non-personal services contract position. Contractor personnel are not Government employees and will identify themselves as contractor personnel in all communications. All contractor employees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to beginning performance. Government will provide workspace, computers, and equipment. Telework is not authorized.
