Barista

We are looking for positive and outgoing people who love coffee and humans! Join our Professional Specialty Coffee Industry crew and grow with us. Progress through our Barista Training Program and graduate from our extensive training to get to the next level. You’ll learn everything from the basics of brewing, coffee origin knowledge, to advanced Barista skills and techniques. Our employee rewards are linked to your progression, so the more you learn, the more you are rewarded! As you progress through our 3 levels of Barista Training (which also includes Leadership and Operations functions), you’ll earn certification and rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Coffee experience is not necessary, but preferred
• Timely, reliable, trustworthy & professional
• Positive and constructive outlook
• Offer 9 months to 1 year minimum commitment

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers
• Make & serve specialty coffee drinks, light food prep
• Engage customers around coffee knowledge and product
• Prep, stock, clean & organize cafe
• Takes on additional assigned tasks with vigor and positive attitude
• Opening and Closing duties including financial.
