In this role, you’ll take ownership of Medicare and Medicaid claim submissions, resolve billing edits, and stay ahead of ever-changing regulations. Medicaid Claims Follow up Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr
  

Medicaid Claims Follow up Representative Job Description:

• Submit Medicare/Medicare Advantage claims electronically and via paper to appropriate payers
• Resolve billing edits and warnings related to Medicare/Medicare Advantage billing
• Stay updated on Medicare/Medicare Advantage regulations and requirements
• Communicate with various hospital departments and payers to ensure accurate billing and claim resolution

Medicaid Claims Follow up Representative Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medicare Part A experience
• Hospital Medicaid experience
• Associates Degree or college courses preferred
• 3+ years as a Hospital Biller or Follow-up Representative preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to staying updated on Medicare/Medicare Advantage regulations and requirements
• Strong communication skills for interaction with hospital departments and payers to ensure precise billing and efficient claim resolution
