Sales Representative - PowerSports Industry

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for PowerSports, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding sales experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment while helping customers find the perfect ride. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers, building rapport and understanding their riding needs.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and financing options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Achieve sales goals by guiding customers through the purchase process.
Ensure a positive, professional, and fun buying experience.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and promotional events. Qualifications: Previous sales experience (PowerSports, automotive, or related industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other PowerSports products.
Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement. Compensation & Benefits: Pay is based on experience and performance.
