This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a real estate office, supporting both agent success and transaction execution across a brokerage and affiliated title company.
Agent Support Manager
CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty
- Serve as the primary in-office resource for agents, providing proactive support and guidance on company tools, systems, and processes
- Assist with onboarding new agents, ensuring a smooth and professional start
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on Redwood systems, tools, and best practices
- Act as liaison between agents and corporate teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
- Promote company initiatives, events, and policy updates through regular communication
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment for agents and guests
- Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, mail, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and support general office needs
- Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Ensure timely handling of checks, deposits, and related administrative tasks
- Participate in and support weekly sales meetings, including coordinating speakers and logistics
- Reinforce and promote company culture, values, and standards
Transaction Management & Closing Coordinator
Highland Title & Escrow
- Coordinate residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Review contracts and lender instructions to prepare and balance settlement statements (CDs/HUDs) in compliance with TRID guidelines
- Schedule and manage closing appointments, ensuring all parties are aligned and documents are properly executed
- Partner with title examiners and underwriters to resolve title issues, clear conditions, and meet closing deadlines
- Coordinate with lenders to obtain final loan documents and confirm funding requirements are satisfied
- Reconcile commissions, fees, prorations, and payoffs to ensure accurate disbursement
Shared Responsibilities
- Prioritize workload effectively across both organizations to meet deadlines and service expectations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall office efficiency
- Support a collaborative, positive office environment aligned with both organizations’ standards
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- 2+ years of experience in the Title/Settlement industry
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, operations, or support role
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or transactions simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with contracts, closing processes, and settlement statements (CDs/HUDs)
- Experience supporting real estate agents, sales teams, or similar independent contractor environments
- Experience in office operations, administration, or facilities coordination

- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial and document-related tasks
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable balancing both operational tasks and relationship-driven responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use company systems, CRMs, and transaction management platforms
- Ability to work in-office on a full-time basis
