Position Title: Mid 6 Senior Level iOS Developer

Pay Rate: $70/hour on W2

Position Description:

Seneca Resources is seeking experienced iOS Developers (Mid 6Senior Level) to join the Digital Execution Mobile team supporting Navy Federal Credit Union 6s mobile banking applications. This is a hands-on development role where you will design, build, and maintain innovative digital banking solutions that serve millions of members nationwide.

As part of a cross-functional Agile team, you 6ll contribute to secure, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experiences while advocating for platform excellence and modern development practices. This role offers opportunities to work on enterprise-scale initiatives, mentor junior developers, and influence platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to ensure platform stability.
• Write unit/UI tests and participate in peer code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and mobile security standards.
• Stay current with iOS updates, Swift advancements, and mobile development trends.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• At senior levels: lead platform initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and advocate for enterprise-wide mobile strategy.

Required Skills & Education:

• Bachelor 6s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 610 years of progressive experience in mobile application development.
• Proficiency with iOS development (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and mobile accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and reusable component development.
