Caregiver for Families
Looking for Flexible, Meaningful Part-Time Opportunities? What is Papa?
Papa is a service that connects caring individuals with older adults and families who are seeking non-medical support with everyday tasks and companionship. Papa Pals choose when and whether to accept visits, while providing support that truly improves people's lives. This opportunity is ideal for anyone seeking part-time engagement with control over their schedule — whether you're balancing another job, school, caregiving, or personal commitments. No professional caregiving experience is required — just a passion for helping others. Visits can include:- Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.
- Non-Medical Companionship: Engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or simply spend quality time together.
- In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as, tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
