As the General Manager , you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, guide a dynamic leadership team, and drive organizational growth through strategic planning and accountability. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll manage key stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, and customers, while ensuring operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development (60%):
- Mentor and hold leadership accountable through weekly meetings and clear communication.
- Ensure all managers understand and execute their roles in the company plan.
- Oversee and assist the Service and Production Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Administrative Manager.
- Conduct performance evaluations and maintain high employee morale.
- Financial Oversight (25%):
- Develop and execute approved business plans to achieve budgeted sales and profits.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility, including maintaining accounts receivable under seven days and inventory under 1% of sales.
- Make capital expenditure decisions and maintain staffing ratios aligned with budget goals.
- Operational Excellence (15%):
- Partner with leadership to establish and refine policies, standards, and goals.
- Uphold legal and operational best practices to ensure quality and minimize liability.
