Senior Analyst, Americas Marketing Performance & Reporting

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! The Americas Marketing Planning & Performance team provides the data and insights needed to guide marketing strategies throughout the year. As a Senior Analyst, you will deliver performance reports and recommendations that support strategic decisions. Using data, tools, and trends, you'll turn insights into actions that help shape marketing priorities, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Planning & Performance.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support the marketing performance narrative, communicating the Americas Marketing performance to partners and hotels through clear data-driven narratives.
• Handle data analysis requests using tools such as Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, MMM, and Tableau.
• Streamline integration of internal and external data sources for accuracy and efficiency.
• Enhance data visualization by creating innovative dashboards and improving data tools.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics and commercial organization
• Support the development and delivery of the performance narrative to stakeholders on a quarterly, monthly, and bi-weekly cadence
• Improve and optimize how data is presented by developing dashboards that delivers against the objective and audience

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional work experience in a large corporate environment
• Two (2) years supporting reporting, media performance and/or analytic teams
• High proficiency working within Microsoft Excel performing complex functions
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Work a hybrid office schedule based out of our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX offices

It would be useful if you have:

• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with digital paid media channels or experience working within a media agency
• Experience with reporting tools: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, or Marketing Mix Modeling
