What Will You Be Doing?

• Process and verify vehicle titles for wholesale transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for title transfers, lien releases, and other related paperwork.
• Communicate with auction houses, banks, and other dealerships to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Maintain organized records of all title-related documents and reports.
• Resolve any title discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on DMV and state regulations related to vehicle titling.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership or auction setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of title processing, DMV regulations, and wholesale transactions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
