Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for a long term contract in Newport News, VA. The ideal candidate would have experience working in either a staffing or full-cycle recruitment environment. Additionally, the representative should have experience with reviewing and determining candidate qualifications, salary negotiations, interview scheduling and coordination as well as interfacing with business stakeholders.

Description:

• Process Full Cycle Salaried Job Requisitions.
• Interview and Pre-Screen candidates.
• Prepare and release offers and provide customer support to the business.
• Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
• Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.
• May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.

Qualifications:

• US Citizenship.
• BS Degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a high volume of requisitions.

Additional Information:

• Long term contract (12+ months)
• Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr based on experience.
• Benefits offered.
• Fully onsite.
• Work schedule: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
• 1 step interview process.

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Newport News,VA.
