Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Test Automation Lead to support enterprise application delivery within a federal environment. This role will lead the design and implementation of automated testing strategies across CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality, security, and performance standards are met. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with enterprise test automation frameworks and DevSecOps practices, along with the ability to collaborate across Agile and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise test automation frameworks.
• Develop automated regression, smoke, performance, and security test suites.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline automation for testing activities.
• Leverage AI/ML and MBSE infrastructure to support automated test generation and test data management.
• Define test strategies, automation standards, and acceptance criteria for mission applications.
• Oversee regression testing, performance testing, and security scanning within the DevSecOps pipeline.
• Coordinate government validation testing activities and support audit readiness.
• Maintain configuration control of test artifacts and materials.
• Ensure test environments mirror production configurations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and platform engineering teams to integrate testing practices.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise information technology.
• Strong experience with automated testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, security testing, and performance testing.
• Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Experience with AI/ML-assisted testing or MBSE environments.
• Familiarity with RMF or audit support processes.
• ISTQB certification.
• Automation framework training.
