You Have:

1. 10+ years of experience in systems engineering in product development
2. Experience in leading the development of technical strategies, technology road maps, and technical team skill development plans encompassing at least two projects in excess of $5M each
3. Experience with developing systems engineering plans, identifying cost, schedule, and performance risks, and developing mitigation plans
4. Experience developing reference architectures, executable architectures, modeling IT systems and alignment of architectures with designs
5. Experience interfacing with engineering teams and creating relationships between requirements, architecture and design, and test artifacts utilizing model-based methodologies
6. Knowledge of facilitating, conducting, and organizing reviews, including internal and external briefings, and managing action items
7. Knowledge of risk management, including identifying cost, schedule, and performance risks and defining mitigation plans
8. Knowledge of defining the architecture approach and vision for complex systems that integrate work products across functions and product teams
9. Secret clearance
10. Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Nice If You Have:

1. Experience with Digital Engineering toolsets, including IBM DOORS NextGen, Dassault MagicDraw family of products, Windchill or TeamCenter, Syndeia, and Atlassian Jira or similar
2. Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)
3. Knowledge of DoD 5000.02 acquisition lifecycle and systems engineering requirements
4. Knowledge of the Agile development methodology, associated toolsets, and roles
5. Ability to lead, coach, and direct activities to achieve a trusted technical solution
6. Ability to effectively communicate with subject matter experts and end users to assist in the development of hardware and software solutions
7. Top Secret clearance
8. Master's degree in a STEM field
9. Systems Engineering or Architecture Accreditation Certification, including INCOSE ASEP or CSEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
